Brad Kowit

Brad Kowit began his career in real estate upon graduating from The Ohio State University in 1987. At present, with over 35 years of commercial real estate experience, Brad has engaged in all aspects of the business and has gained a thorough knowledge and understanding of the market. He has assembled hundreds of land parcels for retailers' build to suit purposes, and has also been a key player in the assembly of land for over 5 million square feet of space in major power centers across Northeast Ohio. He has assisted more than fifty retailers in entering and expanding into the market. His knowledge of leasing, development, investments, and tenant representation has made Brad one of the most successful brokers in the market.

Brad has taken on many redevelopment and ownership ventures spanning the residential, office and retail markets, including the renovation, management, being the preferred developer in building over 20 Family Dollar freestanding stores, the redevelopment and leasing of a 225,000 s/f mixed use property in Lakewood, OH, a conversion of a 275,000 sf office tower into 215 market rate apartments, and most recently, the redevelopment of University Square, a Taget-Macy’s anchored mixed use development featuring 225 market rate apartments, and 150,000 sf of retail space. He oversees the day to day operations of the brokerage business, as well as the operation and oversight of Premiere Property Management and the many properties owned by himself and his partners.
