Myrna Rodriguez-Previte has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. Specializing in Landlord
Representation for office properties and is best known for her intimate knowledge and performance in the
Downtown Cleveland and the western suburban markets. Her passion and dedication to her projects and
the ability to bring creative solutions to a challenging market has resulted in her properties outperforming it’s competition. Myrna has executed over a three and half million square feet of transactions, valued at over $710 million dollars of gross revenue. Prior to joining Kowit & Company she worked for Midwest Real Estate Partners LLC, as Vice President and Director of Office Leasing, providing leasing, management and consulting services.
